The best service in area. Jake the technician came out on time and was very professional and more than helpful. Nicest guy you ever met. Blake came out to talk about wireless and offered a way better deal than Verizon could give. Seems like all wireless and internet services are same in price and service but both of these men showed AT&T set the bar higher than anyone else. Thank you both for a great experience.

AT&T fiber is always down to the point even worse then cox now. They randomly block devices from connecting like my hues light hub. The help app is always down or only half works. They say your bill is locked at a price I’ve already had a $10 increase. Hopefully T-Mobile fiber is better then this trash

BEYOND Horrible customer service..if there was option for no stars this customer service department would have earned it! Was on the phone for over 3 hours to be told numerous times can't help you hold while i transfer you. Internet was suppose to be working on 8/22/24. The set up of our equipment didn't work, then was told the 1st available technician that could come to our home was 9/9/24. This is due to shortage of technicians. When calling cox while on hold with At&t, i was setup with new service with cox less than 15 minutes and a service technician would be at my home on 8/24/24. I wish AT&T would listen to the recordings of all the conversations from 8/22/24. Having no employees would be better than having the employees that we had to deal with. Not only being transferred numerous times we had the honor of talking with one guy(can't call him a gentleman due to how rude he was) who sounded as he was at a party with all the laughing and talking going on. Thank you to Lisa in the Las Angeles call center who provided A+ service. Lisa who finally handled the call to disconnect our service that we currently don't have due to shortage of technicians.
